The Institute is interested in young people, whether they are students or young professionals. Their personal commitment and the responsibilities they already have or will take on make them a privileged audience.
The IHEDN has therefore developed specific training courses for them, starting in 1980 for students in the 3e Since 1996, the scheme has also been available to young students and working people aged between twenty and thirty.
They receive information on the major issues and challenges currently facing defence, national security and international relations.
The aim is to support them in their efforts to help build the republican pact that binds all French people to the State.
