France within NATO
On Wednesday 5 May, at the fourth briefing of the IHEDN Ambassadors in 2021, Mr Philippe BERTOUXDirector of Strategic Affairs, Security and Disarmament at the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs (MEAE), presented France's NATO policy ahead of the next leaders' summit to 96 representatives of the foreign community in Paris, including 31 ambassadors and 24 NATO member states.
The next briefing will take place at the end of May.
The briefing is a monthly meeting of the foreign diplomatic community in Paris with a director from the Quai d'Orsay or a general officer from the Ministry of the Armed Forces on topical issues relating to French international policy.
