French week#2 (closing week)
The 4e and last week of the 32e The European Session of Senior Armament Officials (SERA32) was held in France from 6 to 10 December.
The delegation travelled to Toulouse, where the auditors visited the DGA/TA, Airbus Defence & Space and Cegelec Defence sites. The committee work was then presented in Paris. The general theme of this 32e edition of SERA was European defence and exports within a shifting world order: how to proceed to build a strong EDTIB. The session ended with the traditional graduation ceremony in the Salon des Maréchaux, attended by Lt-Gen Benoît DURIEUXDirector of the IHEDN, theIGA Thierry CARLIERDGA's Director of International Development, and theIGA Florence PLESSIXPresident of SERA.

The fourth and last week of the SERA32 program took place in France from December 6 to December 10. This week started with a trip to Toulouse which included three on-site visits (DGA Aeronautical Branch ; Airbus Defence & Space ; Cegelec Defence). The Parisian part of the program centered then around the presentation by the different committees of their respective observations and conclusions. Finally, the 32nd edition of the SERA, organized the following general theme ; European defence and exports within a shifting world order: how to proceed to build a strong EDTIB ; ended with the traditional certificate ceremony in the Salon des Maréchaux, in the presence of Lt. Gen. Benoît DURIEUX, Director of the French Institute for Higher National Defence Studies (IHEDN), Maj. Gen (armament) Thierry CARLIER, Director of International Development within the French Directorate General for Armaments and Maj. Gen. (armament) Florence PLESSIX, Chairman of the SERA.
