Open science and the strategy for international influence

On 10 and 11 May, the Institut des hautes études de défense nationale (IHEDN) organised a series of lectures on the theme of open science and international influence strategy, on behalf of the Ministry of Education, Research and Innovation (MESRI) and the Open Science Committee.

17 researchers and academics from the network of "international open science experts" were immersed in economic intelligence, lobbying and influence strategies at European and international level.

These two days of conference-debates and workshops focusing on practical case studies have helped to consolidate the participants' common approach to open science policies, with the aim of developing a positioning strategy on the international scene.

Throughout the course, the presence of Mr Nicolas MOINET, a university professor specialising in business intelligence, was particularly appreciated.
