The South versus the West?

The year 2023 saw an increase in diplomatic exchanges within a "global south". These forums (BRICS+, SCO, G20, Group of 77, New Silk Roads Summit, etc.) reflect new balances of power and, above all, new forms of diplomacy that refuse to be aligned with yesterday's dominant powers. This issue also looks at the thorny issue of supply chains, another decisive factor in understanding the world of tomorrow, as well as the importance of economics in international relations, with the examples of Russia and Egypt.
