Young people and war: representations and willingness to get involved

Based on a large-scale quantitative survey, this study presents the relationship that young people have with the reality of war. Contrary to certain preconceived ideas, the data explored in this report show, for example, that young people in France tend to be in favour of increasing the resources allocated to the army, that they are both Atlanticist and want the European Union to have a common army, and that they show a real willingness to get involved in the military.
