Against a backdrop of climate change, this book looks at the geopolitics of the climate, using historical examples and comparisons between different countries around the world. The risks are manifold: famine, population displacement, changes in geography and agricultural crops, conflict over resources, and so on. The aim here is to assess them and predict the issues at stake and the future power relationships that could emerge.
