HCSS-NATO HQ SACT Symposium Report: rethinking Fire and Manoeuvre across the physical and non-physical aspects of domains

In September 2023, a conference was held bringing together academics, researchers and participants from military organisations in Europe and North America. Written in partnership with the Allied Command for Transformation in Norfolk, this report draws lessons from the Ukrainian conflict and proposes adaptations to NATO in terms of both multi-domain and multi-field operations. The report also outlines trends in the evolution of combat, technology and command.
