class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div><div><div><p>The personal data collected by the IHEDN is processed :<\/p><ul><li>Applications are managed by our training and teaching offices.<\/li><li>direct communication between the IHEDN and the candidate, for all purposes useful to the smooth running of the registration and training.<\/li><\/ul><p>and, if the candidate is selected :<\/p><ul><li>providing our administrative and financial departments with invoicing documents for paid services and training-related support.<\/li><li>transmission to government departments and companies when there are organised visits or gathering places outside the IHEDN, to provide the reception and secure access required.<br \/>And, for trips abroad, to all authorities managing secure areas (e.g. military institutions, barracks, etc.) in the host country and to all contact persons facilitating entry to protected sites (e.g. the defence attach\u00e9 at the diplomatic mission).\u00a0<br \/>But also to tour operators and travel companies where appropriate.<\/li><li>the use of first and last names to create access identifiers for the listener relations platform.<\/li><\/ul><p>This processing is carried out strictly for these purposes and the data is kept in compliance with the legal time limits.<\/p><p>Of course, the right of access and rectification of each listener's information, instituted by the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 and amended in 2004, remains valid.<br \/>As well as opposition to processing on legitimate grounds.<\/p><p>These statements apply to all data submitted for registration.<br \/>Only the data required to achieve each purpose is used (for example, to access a secure site: first and last name and date of birth, but no more).<br \/>However, the personal data contained in the defence clearance file, which is not shared with the application file, is excluded from these statements (please refer to the <strong><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"http:\/\/www.sgdsn.gouv.fr\/missions\/proteger-le-secret-de-la-defense-et-de-la-securite-nationale\/\"><span style=\"color: #000091;\">www.sgdsn.gouv.fr<\/span><\/a><\/span><\/strong>).<\/p><p>Use by associations of former auditors will require specific
