The auditors from Comit\u00e9 1-2 carried out a simulation exercise to highlight the impact of a series of major climatic events on the cohesion and resilience of French society. Based on a scenario, they put forward a number of recommendations on how best to anticipate and prevent this type of crisis. Although the exercise was started before the start of the Covid-19 health crisis, the similarities between it and the current situation are clear: the concept of human and material reserves, the coordination of local and national levels, the level of public involvement, the importance of communication in times of crisis and the notion of resilience are at the heart of their thinking.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
