Yet these distributional conflicts can also be a source of tension.<\/p><p>The aim of this work is therefore to clarify the conditions under which this type of conflict could arise, to identify who might be the protagonists and to examine the means of preventing them or spreading tension without resorting to the use of force. More specifically, it examines the role of international governance of climate and security, as well as the role of international justice and other forms of bilateral cooperation.<\/p><p>Lastly, the aim is also to analyse the conflicts that may involve France and the European Union, covering both situations where they could be 'targets' of these attacks (lawsuits brought against them) and those where they could be the cause.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7cb58fa elementor-position-inline-end elementor-view-default
