regiments as part of the module on knowledge of the armed forces.\n\nThese were the 1st infantry regiment (1<sup>er<\/sup> RI) in Sarrebourg, from 1<sup>er<\/sup> foreign cavalry regiment (1<sup>er<\/sup> REC) at Carpiagne and the CENZUB (training centre for actions in urban areas) at Sissonne.\n\nFor each visit, auditors from three committees of the 74<sup>e<\/sup> POLDEF were able to measure the level of excellence and expertise of the officers as well as the professionalism and high level of commitment of the soldiers in their specialities.\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section data-particle_enable=\"false\" href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/R%C3%A9giment_d%27infanterie\">infantry regiment<\/a>\u00a0of the<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Arm%C3%A9e_de_terre_(France)\">French Army<\/a>\u00a0created\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/R%C3%A9organisation_des_corps_d%27infanterie_fran%C3%A7ais_(1791)\">under the Revolution<\/a>\u00a0from a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/R%C3%A9giment_Colonel-G%C3%A9n%C3%A9ral\">French regiment of the Ancien R\u00e9gime<\/a>.<\/p><p>It is the oldest regiment in Europe still in href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/L%C3%A9gion_%C3%A9trang%C3%A8re\">Foreign Legion<\/a>which has the unique distinction of being the only one specialising in armoured combat. It is one of the two\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fr.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/R%C3%A9giments_de_cavalerie_fran%C3%A7ais\">cavalry regiments<\/a>\u00a0of the\u00a0<a
