This first book devoted to climate security sets out in detail the climate-related challenges to international defence and security that will characterise our near future. The authors provide a broad overview of the actions taken by state actors to respond to this new source of threats.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-72cab9f elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"72cab9f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-xs-12 no-padding mb-03\"><p class=\"col-xs-12\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><em><span style=\"color: #000091;\"><strong>Nicolas Regaud<\/strong><\/span> is in charge of international development at the Institut de recherche strat\u00e9gique de l'\u00e9cole militaire (IRSEM).<\/em><\/p><\/div><div class=\"col-xs-12 no-padding mb-03\" style=\"text-align: left;\"><p class=\"col-xs-12\"><span style=\"color: #000091;\"><strong>Fran\u00e7ois Gemenne<\/strong><\/span> is a researcher specialising in environmental geopolitics and a member of the IPCC.
