The aim is to forge a shared strategic vision of regional challenges in order to help build effective responses, notably through partnerships.<\/p><p>The course was opened on Monday 3 April by Ambassador Marc Abensour, who is in charge of the Indo-Pacific region at the French Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs.
