Following the war in Ukraine, the German parliament approved a \u20ac100 billion fund to rebuild and modernise its defence equipment. Germany needs to meet three challenges: the first is to refurbish its equipment. The second is the attractiveness of its armed forces, in a context of demographic weakness where the armed forces are struggling to fill their ranks. Finally, it is a question of updating German strategic culture in order to adapt to the constraints of modern warfare.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
