Using a game board, \u00abskill\u00bb cards, role-play scenarios and voting amongst participants, it places players in real-life situations that encourage them to draw on different skills and compare their answers with those of the group.<\/p><p>The principle is therefore based on exchange, role-play and the comparison of practices. Participants are not merely spectators: they are encouraged to reflect, propose solutions, present arguments and take on board the views of the other players.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-b1c76bb elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b1c76bb\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><strong>A tool tailored to the needs of the IHEDN<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5196f33 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"5196f33\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>The signing of this charter now enables the IHEDN to use Andragoquest as part of the in-house training programme for its own staff (heads of departments, operational managers, project managers, etc.). In particular, the Institute will be able to adapt the questions relating to the game\u2019s ten skills to link them to its own professional environment and the situations encountered by its teams.<\/p><p>This opportunity presents a genuine educational benefit for IHEDN: it will enable the organisation to offer more interactive and participatory training formats, encouraging the sharing of experiences, collective reflection and learning by doing.
