Tactical nuclear weapons rehabilitated?

The study raises the question of the rehabilitation of tactical nuclear weapons on the assumption that they increase the risk of an escalation from conventional to nuclear weapons because they are more employable than strategic nuclear weapons. The first part is devoted to terminology and aims to grasp the concept of tactical nuclear weapons. The second develops three very different cases of developments in arsenals and doctrines in relation to the tactical level. Finally, the third looks at the possibilities for a regulatory framework for these systems, even though the current political context is far from conducive to this.
