To mark the 90th anniversary of the IHEDN and the 400th anniversary of the French Navy, the Union-IHEDN National Studies Forum will bring together IHEDN trainees and the chairpersons of IHEDN associations in Nantes to discuss two key issues: French maritime power in an unstable world and the role of engaged citizens in the face of major crises.
Lectures, round-table discussions, personal accounts and debates will form the backbone of this day of discussion and reflection. This event will provide an opportunity to exchange views, share experiences and explore in greater depth the major contemporary challenges relating to defence, security and resilience. It will also offer a valuable opportunity for dialogue between the various stakeholders involved in strategic planning.
