The 46 listeners of the 3e on Wednesday 23 September 2020, were welcomed by Lieutenant General Patrick DESTREMAU, Director of IHEDN and Higher Military Education, followed by Professor Olivier SCHMITT, Director of the Studies Department. The session's management team then presented the broad outlines of the programme and the educational expectations.
After a dynamic introductory lecture by Army General (2S) Marc WATIN-AUGOUARD setting out the key issues for the session, the day was devoted to a presentation by Guillaume POUPARD, Director General of the ANSSI, and his Deputy Director of Strategy Yves VERHOVEN.
The presentation of the French model continued on Thursday with a speech by Henri Verdier, Digital Ambassador, and a presentation by the ANSSI's operations and expertise sub-directors.
