The hot war, the strategic challenges of climate change

icolas Regaud, Bastien Alex and François Gemenne make the following observation: climate change is going to have a profound effect on international security and the conditions under which our armed forces are deployed. The intensification of meteorological hazards, health crises and economic and social disorders caused by rising temperatures means that armed forces will have to adapt their operating methods.
