The global environment is marked by increasing power relations: in this context, economic intelligence (EI) is no longer an option, but an imperative for sovereignty. The IHEDN is opening registrations for its 2026 Economic and Strategic Intelligence (IES) cycles, designed to mobilise executives and managers of companies and administrations as genuine players in national security and competitiveness.
A tried and tested methodology: the sector as a guiding principle
IHEDN's IES cycles are based on a «teaching by doing» approach. Each cycle uses a strategic sector as a methodological support for the practical application of EI tools: strategic intelligence, OSINT, economic security, influence and information protection.
The aim? To enable auditors to structure an economic intelligence approach that can be transposed to any professional field.
The 2026 programme: 5 strategic dates
- January : The challenges of digital encryption (data sovereignty).
- April : Energy (strategic autonomy and critical infrastructures).
- May (Toulouse) : The aeronautics sector (Competitiveness and value chains).
- October : The health sector (health sovereignty and innovation).
- October (Youth) : The aerospace sector (space control and security).
