Général de Courrèges talks to AEF Info: The doctoral college of the new Academie "will better connect us to the university".

In an interview published on three AEF Info news feeds (Higher Education, Research and Global Security), the Director of the IHEDN, Lieutenant General Hervé de Courrèges, discusses the Institute's missions and training courses, and those of the ACADEM which he chairs.

With no budget of its own for the time being, the Academ operates with pooled resources from the IHEDN and the Enseignement Militaire Supérieur. It has three main objectives: to strengthen cohesion and exchanges between the 21 organisations of the École militaire, to develop training and research, and to promote French strategic thinking to the general public at home and abroad. As a member of the Academ, the IHEDN is pleased to support these ambitions, which are in line with its own missions.
