Military contributions and cooperation in response to climate-related disasters: transatlantic perspectives

In the face of climate change, it is necessary to redefine priorities and adapt the existing system, both in terms of organisation and operational and human resources. After assessing the consequences of global warming on the transatlantic area by 2050, analysing the French organisation to deal with it, looking at certain foreign approaches and describing the international organisations able to intervene in this region, this study proposes very concrete recommendations for the next thirty years.
