The invasion of Ukraine has rekindled fears of high-intensity conflict. The UK is therefore seeking to strengthen and modernise its defence apparatus. This document, which should be read in conjunction with a revised version of the Integrated Review, sets out the main directions for the British Army in terms of equipment, innovation and strategy.
