Le Prefect Denis ConusOn Monday 4 October 2021, the Deputy Director of the Institut des Hautes Études de Défense Nationale opened the 3e cycle des "attachés d'administration du ministère des Armées".
He reminded the audience of the IHEDN's commitment to this training programme for executives from the Ministry of Defence's various steering and design offices.
This 5-day course is part of the participants' continuing education and integration programme. Its content is based on the triptych that characterises IHEDN's cycles and sessions:
- conference-debates,
- committee work,
- visits (a military site for this cycle).
On the first morning, participants attended a lecture on "the panorama of the contemporary world" given by Professor Olivier SchmittHead of the Studies and Research Department at the IHEDN.
Reflection, diligence and group work are the fundamentals of this week.
