The 2e international session on the Balkans (SIB), organised by IHEDN and the Directorate for Security and Defence Cooperation (DCSD) of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs, began this morning.
Bringing together 21 participants from South-East Europe and the Western Balkans, as well as three international and regional organisations, this session was opened by a lecture from the Ambassador Michel Foucher on the global challenges facing the region and the myths that surround it.
