Tuesday 21st June, Lieutenant General Benoît DurieuxThe Director of the Institut des Hautes Études de Défense Nationale opened the 77th session of the École Militaire in Paris.e economic and strategic intelligence" cycle.

This 7-day course is aimed at 28 managers from the private and public sectors, representing different branches of the French administration and economy. Like their predecessors, these executives are seeking the tools and knowledge that will enable them to prevent risks and threats to organisations, anticipate changes in their field of activity and act in a context characterised by the importance of standards and the influence of information.

In the presence of Mr Nicolas Moinet, university professor in information and communication sciences at the IAE in Poitiers and course leader for the economic intelligence sessions of the DRS department of the IHEDN, a number of high-level speakers will be talking on subjects such as economic intelligence, foreign investment control and the cybersecurity practices to be adopted within an organisation.

The training course will end on Wednesday 29 June, the day on which participants will report on their work.

The next business intelligence training course will take place early October 2022.
