The winter of 2022 has been marked by concern about the cost of energy. Since the start of the Ukrainian conflict, Europe's gas-dependent economies have suffered, with concerns about supply disruptions. Against this backdrop, this text seeks to diagnose Europe's energy needs and how to limit the external dependence of European countries in this area, and in particular the issues of diversification of resources.
