On the occasion of the second meeting of the European Political Community (EPC), held in Moldova in June 2023, this short article looks back at the genesis of this project championed by President Macron and outlines some prospects for its development. According to the author, the EPC should be seen as a genuine community of interests between 47 countries and has the potential to provide a relevant framework for governance at European level.
