Monday 13 December 2021 Lieutenant General Christophe Abadmilitary governor of Paris, hosted the closing session of the 224e IHEDN session in the Île-de-France region in the Governor's rooms at Les Invalides.
This day concluded a session during which the auditors developed their thinking and broadened their knowledge of defence and security issues.
The auditors visited military and industrial sites, listened to high-level lectures and worked within their committee. They presented the results of their work to Lieutenant General Benoît DurieuxDirector of the IHEDN.
The Director of the IHEDN then presented them with their diplomas, along with the Military Governor of Paris and Prefect Denis Conus, Deputy Director of the IHEDN.
The ceremony was an opportunity to see the strong links that have been forged within the class, and which augur well for the continued commitment of the auditors to defence and security, particularly within the regional associations of IHEDN auditors.
