"Resilience, a vector for innovation?
The national forum of IHEDN 2021 auditors, organised by Union-IHEDN and the Normandy Association of IHEDN auditors, was held on 3 December 2021 in the impressive premises of the École Nationale Supérieure Maritime in Le Havre.
The day was introduced by Jérôme de LabriffePresident of Union-IHEDN, then opened by Édouard PhilippeMayor of Le Havre and President of the CU Le Havre Seine Métropole, in the presence of Lieutenant General Benoît DurieuxDirector of the IHEDN.
Chaired by Sophie Cros, Professor at the University of Le Havre Normandie, the discussions were organised around four round tables:
