On Tuesday 30 November 2021, the Institut des hautes études de défense nationale (IHEDN) hosted the 75th edition of thee Economic and Strategic Intelligence (IES).
Sub-prefect Jean-Michel DelvertHead of the Regional and Specialised Activities Department at IHEDN, opened the cycle with a presentation on the challenges of economic intelligence in today's world. Mr Jérôme Bondudirector of the firm veille et intelligence économique, then gave the first lecture, an introduction to economic security.
During the 49 hours of training, the 23 participants attend high-level lectures covering the broad field of economic intelligence: from intelligence to influence strategies, knowledge management, due diligence, compliance and the legal framework for these practices. The conferences are followed by debates and committee work on the use of sovereign digital tools and the State's public economic intelligence policy.
