In this report, VIGINUM, the State's technical and operational service responsible for vigilance and protection against foreign digital interference, presents a summary of the investigations that have revealed the existence of a digital information manipulation campaign against France involving Russian actors and in which State entities or entities affiliated to the Russian State participated by amplifying false information.
