Opening of the 74th economic and strategic intelligence cycle
Lieutenant General Benoît Durieux, Director of the Institut des hautes études de défense nationale (IHEDN), opened the 74th Economic and Strategic Intelligence (IES) course at the École militaire on Tuesday 21 September 2021. He reminded the 24 participants of the national defence and security issues associated with the question of economic and strategic intelligence.
