From 24 to 28 March, students in the 'Maritime Issues and Strategies' (MIS) major took part in a seminar in Belgium. European institutions, NATO, the port of Antwerp: five days of immersion at the heart of Europe's major maritime, industrial and geopolitical issues, punctuated by high-level exchanges, field visits and a role-playing exercise.
